Chef's Garden - the story

The Chef's personal farmer Welcome to the Chef's Garden job sight! Thank you for your interest in The Chef's Garden family farm. We are proud to be personal gardeners for over 1500 discriminating Chefs worldwide! Our farm is a 12 month organization. This is accomplished by moving much of the growing into greenhouses during the winter months.

The farm is located in Huron, Ohio just four miles from Lake Erie where a unique micro-climate enables us to grow fantastic vegetables taking advantage of a longer growing season than in most other northern areas. Our product is grown slowly and naturally for optimum flavor and nutrient levels in a process we call "Beyond Organic".
